Standard delivery

We offer a free delivery service on all orders over £50 - UK only. These will be delivered within 3 working days and you will be advised of when the order is dispatched with a unique online tracking reference. Please note: this can exclude certain large format orders that are on pre order where we are unable to get specific weight and package dimensions until we receive it in stock.

Next day delivery

If you would like your item a little bit sooner, you can order your item for the next working day via Royal Mail Special Delivery for an additional £11.00/£12.50 that also includes insurance up to £750 . Please note: all next day delivery orders have a cut-off order time of 1.00pm. Please note this is only available in the UK.

Packaging Materials & Method

All items are prepared and packed in the way we want to receive our collectibles, carefully and cushioned in large bubble wrap secured in a protective cardboard box. Finished with waterproof packaging tape to make it ready to wing its way to you in perfect condition – all done by Dave! – official sticker on every shipment!

Returns

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase please go to our ‘Refunds & Returns’ page to get the process underway.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order for any reason, but please contact us within 24 hours after placing your order, to let us know. If your order has already been dispatched to you, you will have to return it to us in accordance with our returns policy.

Damages

In the very unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, we will replace the item ASAP and take up the issue directly with our delivery service. You will also be refunded any delivery costs you have paid – does not apply to our standard free of charge delivery service.
